For diagnostic purposes we may collect the following:

IP Address
Stored in NGNIX server logs solely for the purpose of server error logging and monitoring.
The Name/Type of software (i.e. a web browser) used to retrieve and/or display web content from our server
Including the operating system and/or the type of device that software is running in

To provide this site in other languages we process your language preference and set a preferred language cookie in your browser to save you currently selected language.

Authenticated Member Users

The following is only applicable to authenticated users who are members of The Social Within the City; this does not apply to unauthenticated anonymous users.

For the purposes of authentication and account management we use and store your user information which includes your email address.

Your account is created immediately upon membership invitation from an administrator and stores the email address that the invitation is sent to.

We may log administrative and management activities for diagnostic and security purposes, such as troubleshooting issues and checking for unauthorized access/usage.
